About & contact
Who am I?
Behind the pseudonym WalkAboutWild is a young developer who admires nature, a hiker passionate about trekking.
Why did I create this web application?
Passionate about nature and technology, I first wanted to create a blog-style website to share my treks, list my survival knowledge and share my passion for reading, music, and cinema. The project progressed and the idea came to me to make it a community project, starting with the possibility to share a trek. Now, WaW is an application aimed at sharing experiences and knowledge about treks and wilderness survival. WaW is constantly evolving, and I am open to any suggestions for improvement or functionality. Do not hesitate to contact me to discuss it!
